6th Grade - SketchUp 8 Projects
3D Modeling Software - Using SketchUp the students are exposed to a different way of looking at Math, using their problem solving skills and their Critical Thinking skills through building 2D and 3D structures. The students were able to do alot of collaberation in building their structure. The final assignment was to design a 3 dimensional structure, then add components (people, trees, cars, etc.) to give a "real life" feel to their design. Once the students completed their design, they then made a video to present their structures. Click on the Student name to view their video - enjoy!
